They produce all print orders using their award winning in-house fine art printing service, theprintspace with prints facilities in Düsseldorf and London.

What are the shipping costs?
We are offering Free Worldwide Shipping if otherwise updated on the main shop page or on the product page.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or Deutsche Post/DHL signed for services.
Which paper is used for printing?
We are offering prints on C Type Fuji Matt which is a Crystal archive paper with a semi-matt finish. The paper is coated with a slightly stippled texture giving a very natural photographic finish with subtle colour. Great versatile paper, very natural and works well with all photographic images. Maintains colours in a very natural way, giving a detailed, 3-dimensional beautiful photographic reproduction. Our most popular choice.
What is the returns and refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at saurabh.narang12@gmail.com. So, we can send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. You shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged print, or the order is in some way defective, we will send a replacement print free of charge incl. delivery cost. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item at saurabh.narang12@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How and where are prints shipped from?
We ship prints that are A3 and smaller flat in an envelope with a sheet of reinforced card, prints that are larger than A3 size are sent rolled in a sheet of protective card and packed in a tube with bubblewrap!
Prints are produced in Düsseldorf for deliveries within the EU and in London for deliveries within the UK and the rest of the world.

When are orders sent to production?
Any orders you may have made in a given day are sent to production after midnight on that day.
For example, if you order a print at 13:00 on 2nd October, the order will be received by our production system after 23:59 on 2nd October.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are often printed and despatched within 48 hours. So it takes around 3-5 working days to reach the final destination.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information when the order has shipped from our studio.
